Earlier this season we had quite a few folks rolling through Stevens. Will Jackways was here with Abby Lockhart filming for the new Videograss movie as well as Tobi Strauss and DBK were here for Isenseven. We all headed out to Grace Lakes in our mega posse and tried to get some shots. Here’s one of the group on top our our step down and a couple of myself. I’m looking forward to seeing the shots all the other fellas got in next seasons videos.

Were still working on dialing in our Generator and light setup. A couple Fridays ago we went up to Tye Stick above Tye Mill Chair and had a pretty productive session. The video turned out pretty good, but we will need to do another time to really dial in the photos.
Will Jackways last season shot by Jordan. Its nuking really really hard and this gif puts me in the right mindset for what we’ll be doing from here on out. There’s a couple of feet of blower out there, with about 5 more expected in the next week. Pumped.
This is a Skier and the gnarliest thing that has ever been on this blog. Meet Robbie Cappel, I’d say the most legendary person to come from Stevens Pass. This guy got kicked out of the World Extreme Freeskiing competition for being too Extreme. Inverts weren’t allowed so he backflipped every cliff in his run. Nobody has ever dropped this rock except him, and i kinda doubt anyone will. Since this photo was taken a long time ago some trees have grown into the landing. For a point of reference, look at the tan cliff in the background, Go down 4 posts and see Dub dropping Tye Stick. If you’ve ridden up Tye Mill chair at Stevens, you’ve ooggled these cliffs for sure. Cheers to a true legend!
