Def. Lava-

Lava is a type of molten rock expelled by a volcano during an eruption. This molten rock is formed in the core of some planets, including Earth and some of their satellites.

Def. Hot Lava-

Hot Lava is a crew of snowboarders that hails from Stevens Pass, Washington. They all know and love the mountain and its powdery gifts more than you know and love your mother. Below is an small intro to the core of the crew.

Tony doesn’t participate in pretty much everything involving this site. He hates waiting for a camera to be set up, so he never gets photos taken or filmed. He’s just that kind of free spirit. Take some runs with him at Stevens sometime, or wave to him in the Rope Tow (blow tow) shack at night.

Dub is a pretty chill guy. He loves snowboarding fast, dubstep, his grandma, commercial fishing in AK, being well groomed and eating salads.

Jordan takes sick photos, runs a summer camp, schemes on ways to get rich quick, participates in ever water sport possible regularly, is really hairy and probably thinks your an idiot.

Ian Is a leaf in the wind. He cruises from place to place not really having much of a plan or caring about it. Its a pretty legit way to be. He fishes AK and goes to Chile every summer to name off some of his longest journeys on the wind.

Little known fact: I almost was a snowlerblader. I bought a pair of them since i already had the ski boots until a friend told me it was lame and convinced me to buy a snowboard

I’m pretty stoked on having this blog. It’s a good outlet for all the thinking i do about snowboarding. I don’t think about anything other than snowboarding too much, but when i do it normally concerns being in the water scuba diving, surfing or something similar. Other random things come and go from my life such as women and hobbies thanks to a short attention span, but I’m very happy snowboarding is always there.
